The menu for FOUR is a labour of love - an effort you will find evident in the conscious and exploratory approach to the kinds of products and cooking techniques that are used. Our Chef de Cuisine Craig Harding has challenged himself to produce each and every menu item with a "FOUR Value" in mind - elements of each dish that speak out to its uniquely healthful and nutritional nature.
